2 years

It was two years ago today that Kathleen and I got married. It has been an amazing two years. Looking back it is amazing to think about how much our lives has changed in the last two years. A great dog, a new house and a beautiful baby girl. These have been the greatest two years of my life and I can't wait to see where the next year takes us.

Mom Time

Jackie and Mom have spent lots of time together this week because Dad's been in class. The verdict is still out on who Jackie looks like. We're thinking she's the perfect mix. :-)

Feet

So I have been thinking a lot about Jackie's feet these days. They are so soft and have never touched the ground once. I look at them and wonder where they will take her. I think about what my parents must have thought when they looked at me. Did they ever think that those little soft feet would take me from the top of the Eiffel tower to the top of the Great Wall and back? Where will she go. Who knows maybe she will be a traveler, maybe she will never leave the U.S., but maybe she will walk on Mars. I just know that right now she lets me kiss them and I can't wait to see where they will take her.
